Rare Earths Refinery Project
BPM Projects was engaged by our Client to perform a Cold Eyes Review of the EPCM execution for the project, in particular to check the veracity of the current capital cost estimate for the project and to minimize risk around the project’s delivery.
Our role
The review methodology included meetings with project personnel and detailed review of existing project documentation, reports and plans.
BPM provided an evaluation to enable our Client to determine the optimal project execution model.
