Our role

BPM Projects performed a Discovery Phase to understand and evaluate the systems, processes and workflows which existed in the business, in order to make objective recommendations for Project Execution improvement.

Key to this phase was the review of supporting documentation including workflows, manuals and procedures and engagement with key stakeholders across the functional units of the business.
